Opening of the exhibition "Anna Czartoryska (1887-1980)"

Anna Czartoryska was a painter associated with Krynica-Zdrój. She was born on May 30, 1887, in Wyżnica, in present-day Ukraine, to Korneliusz and Antonina Popiuk. She died on May 3, 1980, at the age of 93, and is buried in the Krynica-Zdrój cemetery. She respected the latest developments in the art world, yet remained faithful to classical forms of capturing the reality around her.
