Personal data protection

Acting pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"; Journal of Laws EU L 119 of May 4, 2016) I inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is the Museum of Nowy Sącz land with its registered office in Nowy Sącz, ul. Jagiellońska 56 33-300 Nowy Sącz (contact details are provided on the website www.muzeum.sacz.pl).

2. The administrator did not appoint a representative.

3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, who can be contacted by sending correspondence to the e-mail address sekretariat@muzeum.sacz.pl, by telephone (600 89 68 68) or in person at the headquarters of the Museum of Nowy Sącz land.

4. The authority responsible for supervising matters related to the protection of personal data is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, where you have the right to lodge a complaint.

5. Your personal data will be processed:
a) in order to implement statutory and statutory tasks of the Museum of Nowy Sącz land, as well as to perform tasks carried out in the public interest - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c) and e) GDPR;
b) in order to conclude and/or perform a contract concluded with the Museum of Nowy Sącz land - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR, including the defense or pursuit of possible claims.

6. In necessary cases, the Museum of Nowy Sącz land will seek your consent to the processing of personal data for a clearly declared purpose, subject to the possibility of easy withdrawal of consent by the person who previously expressed it - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR.

7. Detailed information on the purpose and legal basis for a given type of processing may also be provided in the content of applications and during the collection of personal data.

8. The recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities to which the Administrator commissions services related to the processing of personal data, in particular organizers of free time services, educational activities and IT services.

9. Your personal data will be stored for the period specified by law, in particular in accordance with the office instructions; if the basis for processing is the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest, the data will be processed until an objection is raised, in accordance with the GDPR; if the basis for processing is consent, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
10. You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time - only on the terms set out
in the GDPR (taking into account the restrictions resulting from legal provisions).

11. To the extent that your provision of personal data is a statutory requirement, it is necessary for the implementation of the tasks by the Museum of Nowy Sącz land; in other cases, providing data is voluntary, but refusal to provide data may result in the Museum of Nowy Sącz land being unable to provide services.

4/ the recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to which the documentation of the proceedings will be made available pursuant to legal provisions, entities to which the administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data by contract, as well as institutions managing aid programs under which the proceedings are carried out (if applicable) ;

5/ Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the principles specified in the law, for the period indicated therein, and if the duration of the contract exceeds it, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract and the limitation period for mutual claims; the period of personal data processing may also result from office instructions as well as from contracts concluded with financing institutions;

6/the obligation to provide personal data directly relating to you is a statutory requirement specified in particular in the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, the Civil Code or guidelines of financing institutions, related to participation in public procurement proceedings; the consequences of failure to provide specific data result from the Public Procurement Law, the Civil Code or the above-mentioned. guidelines;

7/ in relation to your personal data, decisions will not be made in an automated manner, pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR;

8/ under the terms specified in the law, you have:

- based on Article. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data concerning you,

- based on Article. 16 GDPR, the right to rectify your personal data,

- based on Article. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Art. 18 section 2 GDPR,

– the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;

9/ you are not entitled to:

– in connection with art. 17 section 3 letter b, d or e of the GDPR, the right to delete personal data,

– the right to transfer personal data referred to in Art. 20 GDPR,

- based on Article. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data, because the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, in particular, Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PARTICIPANTS IN COMPETITIONS ORGANIZED BY THE MUSEUM

Pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we would like to inform you that:

The administrator of personal data is the Museum of Nowy Sącz land, ul. Jagiellońska 56 33-300 Nowy Sącz.
The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector (Marek Rogóz), who can be contacted by phone (600 89 68 68) or in person at the administrator's office.
The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes: personal data provided in connection with participation in the Competition, in particular by the participant or his representative in the application, declarations or later during the Competition, will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Competition, publishing information about the Competition winners and their work, in particular on the Administrator's website and in social media, as well as for accountability purposes required by the provisions of the GDPR;
archival, statistical and reporting purposes;
promotion of the Competition;
conducting educational activities by the administrator.
Personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, in particular in accordance with the criteria specified in the law.
The Administrator processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, which is to enable the participants of the Competition to take part in it and to enable the Administrator to conduct it, publish information about the winners and archive documents, in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR.
Personal data collected for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Competition and publishing information about the winners of the Competition or parts of the competition entries may also be processed on the basis of consent, in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR.
Personal data of the Competition winners or their representatives and persons receiving prizes may be transferred to prize founders or co-organizers in order to fulfill formal requirements related to receiving prizes or as part of cooperation with other institutions in order to evaluate competition works.
Personal data may be made available to entities authorized under the law and entities that provide the Administrator with services necessary to conduct the Competition, in particular IT services, as well as entities cooperating in the implementation of the Competition, including co-organizers of the competition and organizers of the Competition at a higher level.
Competition participants have the right to access their data and correct it, transfer it, raise objections and withdraw the consent granted to us for processing in accordance with the principles specified in the law.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned data collection purposes.
Sending an application to participate in the Competition is tantamount to acceptance of the Competition Regulations and to the participants' consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in the Regulations, in particular regarding the disclosure of their personal data.
The Administrator may process data obtained in a manner other than from the data subject (data provided in the application form) through the person or entity submitting the application. In such a situation, the reporting entity provides information about the processing of personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
