Promotion of the album Bolesław Barbacki, volume 2
On September 12, 2024, the exhibition hall in the Main Building could hardly accommodate all the guests who came to the promotion of the second volume of the publication devoted to the work of the outstanding Nowy Sącz painter, Bolesław Barbacki. The hosts of the meeting were Agnieszka Małecka and Piotr Droździk, who for a year and a half followed in the footsteps of the portrait painter, finding more of his canvases in museums and private collections. They included photographs of the works and their descriptions in a large volume. The reader also receives stories of people associated with Barbacki. Historians, journalists and art historians described these closer and further relationships in their columns.
