Night of Museums 2024

On May 17, 2024, we invited the inhabitants of Nowy Sącz to the Night of Museums in beautiful bourgeois interiors and the Maria Ritter Gallery at the Nowy Sącz market square. It turned out once again that late evening is a perfect time for both sightseeing and having fun. The guests tried on costumes from the interwar period, played dominoes and pick-up sticks, children made cut-out collages on copies of archival photos, and everyone - without exception - took selfies against the background of old paintings and furniture.
A unique attraction were mysterious silver boxes with two holes. The task was to put your hands inside and guess, using only your sense of touch, what object was hidden there. No one recognized the heavy, metal head of the banner with the inscription PZPR. It's even good, because it's a souvenir from times long gone. For younger people who want to explore the topic further, we refer them to the Internet (not to the encyclopedia /!!!/, but things have changed).
At the end of the Night of Museums, the musical project Niki4You was presented by Rafał Boniśniak's group.
Thank you all for visiting.
