Józef Pogwizd is dead

It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of the late Józef Pogwizd, a wonderful and sensitive man with a particular sensitivity to beauty, a highly valued and respected painter and graphic artist, a friend of the Sądecka Land Museum, and a juror of art competitions who was very kind to children. It is so difficult to accept that he will never again appear at the Museum and present awards to the youngest artists.

This is a great loss for the Nowy Sącz artistic and museum community.
