Galician Germans in the Nowy Sącz region
A film about Galician Germans (descendants of Josephine colonists). The protagonists are Germans who were born and raised in the villages of Nowy Sącz, lived in good relations with their neighbors - Poles and Jews until the outbreak of World War II.
Telling about their fate, Prof. Gertrude Thiele (died in 2016) and Eugen Gerhardt from Dresden and Elżbieta Zwitkovitsch living in Vienna.
