In the Galician Town - a branch of the District Museum in Nowy Sącz - until October 15, 2023, a series of multisensory workshops with elements of art therapy was carried out - "Feast of the senses", as part of the task GALICIAN SENSES FESTIVAL - sensual experience of the cultural space and heritage of the region.
The aim of the workshops was to stimulate comprehensive development, develop interests and talents, create opportunities for self-expression using various artistic means, develop manual dexterity and artistic skills, as well as activate and open up people who have problems in contacts with others.
We present a short photo report from the culinary workshops related to the tradition of Galician food, during which the participants learned about selected flavors, spices and products characteristic of traditional Galician dishes, and then prepared simple dishes that did not require the use of an open fire.
