Nowy Sącz historical walk+. The last 150 years of the life of Nowy Sącz
The educational project MUSEUM OF THE SĄDEC LANDS, carried out on the basis of museum spaces and selected places in Nowy Sącz referring to its history from the second half of the 19th century. 19th century to modern times.

PROGRAM AND ORGANIZATIONAL RULES
I. Program:
· Main Building, ul. Jagiellońska 56:
- visiting the temporary and permanent exhibition: the history of Nowy Sącz from obtaining Galician autonomy after the end of World War II, the reconstruction of the city after the fire in 1894, the Great War 1914 - 1918, the interwar period, World War II;
- visiting the permanent exhibition dedicated to Bolesław Barbacki, learning about the figure and his artistic achievements.
· Walk under the guidance of a Museum guide:
- Planty (Adam Mickiewicz monument, Freedom Oak);
- ul. Długosza – Building of the 1st Secondary School (plaque commemorating Lt. Col. Marian Chodacki);
- ul. Narutowicza/ul. Długosz (St. Casimir's Church, Zenon Adam Remi's house, Małopolska Cultural Center "Sokół");
- ul. Jagiellońska (former Hotel Imperial, statue of Władysław Jagiełło);
- Market Square – Town Hall (from the outside);
- ul. Tymowskiego - Holocaust Victims Memorial site.
· Maria Ritter Gallery and Old Town Interiors, Rynek 2:
- visiting the gallery exhibition; living room and bedroom;
- getting acquainted with the artist's artistic achievements and figure.
II. Organizational information (principles of project implementation):
1. Date: Tuesday – Sunday from 9.30–15.00
2. Payment: PLN 10/person.
3. Starting time of classes: to be agreed, duration: approx. 2.5 -3 hours. or according to separate arrangements.
4. Registration is first come first served, places are limited.
5. Applications and reservations for groups of up to 25 people: by phone: 18 443 77 08 extension 129 or e-mail kasagg@muzeum.sacz.pl
6. The route can be modified (e.g. shortened, adjusted to the group's time possibilities).
