Customs and folk rituals related to Christmas

Presentation of traditional folk customs and beliefs related to the cycle of holidays Christmas of individual ethnographic groups of the historical Nowy Sącz region – among others bans and orders related to the next stages of holidays, fortune telling for the upcoming ones year, ways of decorating the Christmas Eve room, traditional Christmas and New Year greetings, caroling groups, their costumes and accessories. Optional: 1. A lesson using a multimedia presentation and Christmas exhibits; 2. A lesson combined with a demonstration of the production of traditional rural Christmas decorations.
