Commemoration of Lt. Col. Marian Chodacki

September 28 this year in Nowy Sącz, an unveiling ceremony took place on the building of the 1st Secondary School at ul. Jan Długosz plaque commemorating Lt. Col. Marian Chodacki, born in Nowy Sącz, a soldier of the Polish Legions, defender of the Homeland in the war against the Bolsheviks, diplomat and head of the Independent Intelligence Branch "Estezet".

The organizers of the event were the Institute of National Remembrance, the Military Intelligence Service City, Nowy Sącz, and the panel part was organized by the District Museum in Nowy Sącz.

Panel discussion of Historians on the life and activities of Lt. Col. M. Chodacki took place at the District Museum in Nowy Sącz with the participation of the President of the Institute of National Remembrance, Dr. Karol Nawrocki, and the Head of the Military Intelligence Service, Brig. Marek Łapiński.
