Nowy Sącz this is my life - memories of Jakub Müller, Part 2
Memories of the last Jew from Nowy Sącz, Jakub Müller (born March 20, 1920 in Nowy Sącz, died December 18, 2010 in Malmö). He was the only one from a large family who saved himself from death in the Bełżec concentration camp. After the events of March 1968, when the anti-Semitic campaign inspired by the communist authorities intensified, he left for Sweden and settled there permanently. Jakub Müller was called the guardian of the Jewish cemetery by the inhabitants of Nowy Sącz. He took care of this place for over 20 years.
