Recruitment for the vacant position of Financial, Accounting and Project Specialist

1.    Necessary requirements:

1)    Minimum secondary education in economics, preferably higher education, Master's degree in economics, accounting, finance;

2)    At least 3 years of professional experience (employment) in the accounting department or accounting office in a similar position, including at least 1 year in the field of full accounting;

3)    Very good knowledge of the Act on Accounting, Public Finance and tax law provisions;

4)    Ability to use MS Office programs, in particular Excel spreadsheet;

5)    High personal culture, great commitment to work, independence in performing tasks, self-discipline; high availability

6)    Good organization and ability to work under time pressure.

7)    Ability to work in a team and coordinate specific activities within ongoing projects.

2.    Additional requirements:

1)    Knowledge of the financial management of cultural institutions, public finance discipline;

2)    Ability to use the Comarch ERP Optima financial and accounting program.

3)    Experience in applying for domestic and foreign funds and settling projects co-financed from such funds.



3.    Scope of tasks performed in the position:

1)    Decreeing and registering accounting documents in the Financial Accounting program.

2)    Cooperation in the field of entering and posting invoices and purchase bills approved and approved for processing.

3)    Cooperation in cash and banking services, formal and accounting control of accounting documents, records of trade in goods and sales.

4)    Cooperation in preparing, applying and conducting projects co-financed from external funds.

5)    Financial settlement of selected projects and preparation of reporting in this area.

6)    Cooperation in the development of plans for cultural institutions, reports on their implementation, thematic analyzes and other internal and external planning and reporting materials.

7)    Ability to use computer programs used in the Accounting Department.

8)    Preparing and sending selected reports in the IT system to the Central Statistical Office.

9)    Ongoing analysis of changes in tax regulations and changes to the Accounting Act, including: regulations related to KSEeF and ongoing implementation of the above-mentioned changes in the entity's financial activities.

10) Cooperation in preparing the JPK file for the Tax Office.

11) Cooperation in preparing the closing of accounting periods: monthly and annual by reconciling turnover, balances, and stock levels in the area of ​​documentation kept at the workplace.

12) Cooperation in preparing the necessary documentation for the annual balance sheet.

13) Carrying out periodic replacements ordered in other positions in the Department.

4.    Required documents:

2)    personal questionnaire, according to the template for a person applying for employment,

3)    photocopies of employment certificates (if any) or the candidate's declaration in the case of an ongoing employment relationship,

4)    candidate's declaration of no health contraindications to the position held,
